Established in 1961 under Racing (Totalisator Board) Act 1961 to serves as a supervisory body, control and perform totalizer operations based on horse racing in Malaysia and Singapore in accordance with approved schemes and regulations. LTM also works to improve totalizator facilities in clubs horse racing (turf clubs), promoting horse breeding and breeding local, developing equine sports and implementing charity projects.
